BHA Announces Michael Gongora as Chair of Legislative Committee

The Brickell Homeowners Association (BHA) is pleased to announce that Michael Gongora has been appointed as Chair of the BHA Legislative Committee.

In this role, Gongora will lead BHA’s efforts to engage with state and local elected officials, advocating for policies that better serve condominium associations and residents across Brickell and the greater Miami area.

With extensive experience in public service and community advocacy, Gongora brings valuable insight into the legislative process and a deep understanding of the issues impacting condominium communities. His leadership will help strengthen BHA’s voice on key matters such as governance, transparency, safety, and quality of life.

As Chair, Gongora will also play a key role in keeping BHA members informed on legislative updates and changes in Florida law that affect condominium operations and ownership.
