Brickell Comes Together for the 4th Annual Not-So-Spooky Celebration

There’s nothing more city than a neighborhood party surrounded by skyscrapers. Brickell families gathered at The Underline’s Basketball Gym for an evening full of laughter, costumes, and community at the 4th Annual Not-So-Spooky Celebration, hosted by the Brickell Homeowners Association (BHA). It’s always a joy to see families return year after year and watch how much the children have grown. Children are truly a gift — the heartbeat of our neighborhood and the future of our community.

The beloved neighborhood tradition brought together more than 500 residents for an unforgettable evening of dancing, magic, games, music, and sweet treats—all in the heart of the city. From DIY haunted houses and CF Kids craft stations to cotton candy, giveaways, and more, the celebration offered something for everyone. Children paraded in colorful costumes while parents reconnected with neighbors and local partners, creating a joyful reminder that Brickell is more than a skyline, it’s a community.

Guests shared glowing feedback, highlighting their favorite parts of the night, from the CF Kids Craft Stations, coffee bar, and sponsor tables to the magician, games, and overall atmosphere that made the evening feel vibrant and welcoming.
