Recordkeeping: Best Practices

In light of recent amendments to Florida law, including new compliance standards for recordkeeping, this one-hour course is essential for both licensed community association managers and board members. The class provides an overview of statutory obligations, practical best practices, and tools to ensure your association meets the latest legal requirements—including mandatory website disclosures, electronic communications and retention policies. This course focuses on record keeping and will be presented in classroom and online formats. Participants’ knowledge of the material will be evaluated during the Q&A portion of the course.

Be sure to ask your question about the webinar when you register. We will do our best to answer as many questions as possible.

Licensed Community Association Managers will receive one EH1 credit (Course # 9633368).

This does NOT offer continuing education credits for board members.
