Please join us for a complimentary discussion on preparing an association’s annual budget, presented by MBAF CPAs and Advisors, and KW Property Management and Consulting. The discussion is for board and finance committee members and will focuson budgeting essentials and best practices to get ready for 2020.

Attendees will learn statutory provisions for condominium and homeowners’ association budgeting, methods for deriving estimates for common revenue and expense categories and best practices in utilizing the annual budget.
