2025 Legislative Update Recap

The 2025 Legislative Update event held yesterday at The Capital Grille in Brickell was well-attended, informative, and a great success! With a full house and representation from 30 condominiums and associations across our community, the gathering was a testament to the active engagement and commitment of our local leaders and residents.

State Representative Vicki Lopez provided insightful updates on recent legislative changes, notably highlighting key points from HB 913, including revisions to Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), milestone inspection requirements, and enhanced financial flexibility for condominium associations.
