Brickell Homeowners Association Celebrates 35 Years of Community Impact in Miami
Miami, FL – [April 1, 2025] – The Brickell Homeowners Association (BHA), one of Miami’s most active and long-standing neighborhood associations, proudly announces its 35-Year Celebration, a milestone that honors more than three decades of community advocacy, civic engagement, and neighborhood improvement in one of the city’s most dynamic districts.
The commemorative event will take place on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Brickell Flatiron, bringing together community members, city leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to celebrate the progress and people that have shaped Brickell into the vibrant neighborhood it is today.
Founded in 1990, BHA has been at the forefront of promoting quality of life for residents by addressing issues such as traffic and pedestrian safety, sustainable development, green space preservation, and public safety. Through collaborative partnerships and active civic participation, the organization has played a vital role in shaping policies that protect and enhance the neighborhood’s unique character.
“Our 35th anniversary is not just a celebration of the past—it’s a commitment to the future,” said Abby Apé, Managing Director of BHA. “We’re honored to celebrate this milestone with our residents, elected officials, and sponsors who have supported our mission every step of the way.”
The evening will feature remarks from community leaders, a showcase of key accomplishments over the years, and a look ahead at future initiatives aimed at fostering a livable, connected, and resilient Brickell.
