Boards, Brokers & Buyers — Closed Event (Tentative Hold)

Closed BHA event — tentative date hold. November 12, 2026 is reserved for the proposed “Boards, Brokers & Buyers” panel. Time: 12:00–2:30 PM. Location to be confirmed.

The proposed two-part discussion will cover what Realtors should know before listing or selling in an association and what boards and managers should know about real estate transactions in their communities. Topics include governing documents and restrictions, buyer approvals and applications, estoppel certificates, fees and assessments, records requests, questionnaires, and common transaction delays.
