Welcome to the Condo Exchange: Brickell Edition. Join us for a dynamic and engaging networking event at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen – Miami, where great food meets even greater ideas.

This in-person and recurring gathering, will be held once a month, and is designed specifically for active, licensed CAMs and Association Board Members from condominiums and HOAs. It’s more than just lunch—it’s a chance to gain expert insights, share best practices, and strengthen your role as a community leader.

Our CE-accredited course will deliver valuable education tailored to the challenges and responsibilities of managing thriving communities. Through thoughtful discussions and curated content, you'll leave equipped with tools to better serve your residents and elevate your association’s success.
