Are you a condo owner seeking information on County and City recertification resources?

Then join the office of Commissioner Eileen Higgins and representatives from Miami-Dade County's Public Housing & Community Development Department (PHCD) and the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (RER).

You’ll learn about Condo Special Assessment Program, Building Recertification Program, the Community Association Registry, Mortgage Relief Program, and more!

 The workshop will be held in person on:
