Bird Scooter Workshop

The BHA has been invited to join an in-person interactive scooter safety workshop this Saturday morning. The workshop is intended to teach new and existing riders about safe and proper scooter riding, including abiding by traffic laws, inspecting an electric scooter before riding (e.g., brakes, accelerator, lights, etc.) and properly parking a scooter. 

Attendees will then test their knowledge by riding a BIRD scooter through a mockup road course and attendees will receive a free BIRD helmet and BIRD merchandise. These 30-minute workshops will only be available for riders who are 18 years and older and they will have to bring along a valid driving license and credit card to the workshop.

They will be giving offering 30 free acai bowls & smoothies from Caesar's Acai Bowl food truck exclusively to the 1st 30 members of BHA who attend and complete this safety course.
