The Brickell Homeowners Association brings condominium associations together to advocate for quality of life in our neighborhood. We share timely information, connect condominium leaders, and bring community concerns to decision makers. Associate Members support this work through business and community partnerships, while residents stay informed and involved.

HOW BHA WORKS
Built around participation.
Each member condominium association has a representative on the BHA Board of Directors. Board meetings and community forums bring neighbors together with speakers and officials to discuss the issues that matter locally.
Volunteers carry much of this work forward. BHA also helps connect residents with the resources and people who can help resolve concerns.

Founded in 1990, BHA has grown alongside Brickell while keeping its focus on a welcoming, safe, and vibrant neighborhood. Our community spans from the Miami River toward the Rickenbacker Causeway, with Biscayne Bay to the east.
